Some of the quietest rooms on the Carnival Destiny are found on this deck due to the fact that there are only other cabins above them. Rooms 1300 and 1341 may pick up some vibrations from the propellers. Rooms 1309 and 1306 are near elevators. These staterooms may pick up the noise of other guests exiting and entering the elevators. Instead of windows, there are two portholes found in rooms 1101, 1102, 1105, 1106, 1109, 1110, 1114, and 1115. In several rooms the twin beds will not convert into a king size bed if one of the upper berths is being used. This includes staterooms 1190, 1191, 1199, 1202, 1207, 1211, 1234, 1237, 1241, 1242, 1246, 1249, 1272, 1275, 1276, 1280, 1283, 1284, 1287, 1292, 1295, 1296, 1310, 1314, 1319, and 1322.
